Acuity Entertainment Management (AEM) was founded by Gail Tassell with a vision to inspire, guide, produce and build a family of successful actors, screenwriters, producers and filmmakers. The company is comprised of three divisions: Management, Consulting and Production.

The Management Division concentrates on managing actors, writers, and media artists.

The Consulting Division focuses on providing career advice and direction in the entertainment field to individuals that are not personally managed by AEM.

The Production Division concentrates on the development and production of original content developed by our writers, directors and actors.

We abide by the Talent Managers Association's Code of Ethics and receive compensation solely on a commission basis and only when talent books a job.
